4. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through the app are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are as listed per school and class. Payment is to be made as per the instructions provided at checkout. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled without prior approval from our team.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided in your profile. Please ensure your address details are accurate and complete. Sunglow Distributer is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Returns and Refunds
In the event of damaged or incorrect items being delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion after verification. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
